Every year (since 2022), we host the Engadin Museum Night. Museums, archives, libraries, and studios throughout the Upper Engadin open their doors on a Friday evening in September from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., (Held annually on the Friday around September 20.)
This year again on September 18, 2026: Engadin Museum Night 4–10 p.m., admission is free.

Occasionally, joint exhibitions or collaborative events take place.
During the 2024 summer season and the 2025 winter season, we organized our first successful joint exhibition, Splendur e sumbriva – Light and Shadow in the Engadin, which spanned a thematic arc across (almost) all of our venues. Many of the 19 cultural centers will participate. Each center will approach its thematic focus differently—from sunglasses to windows, from alpine light phenomena to the design of a spa town, from literary light to the magic of light in the dark, from digital immersion to the analog interplay of light and shadow, from the sun to the natural and artificial light of the night.

The diversity of Engadine culture can be admired in the various cultural centers through their current exhibitions.

This website serves to connect the cultural centers and to provide locals, guests, and visitors with easy access to the fascinating facets of Engadine culture. We look forward to your visit! Here, you can easily access information about each of our cultural centers and find links to their websites.
